Great store with really good selection of everything you would expect in a Superdrug store. Was busy but tills were well manned and que went down quick.

Superdrug offer "walk in" flu jabs, no need to book - just turn up at the store to be seen. So I turn up at the Lakeside branch, I find the green pharmacy bit at the back. It had no one there although the door says vacant, there was no signage so I was unsure as to whether I should knock / go in or not, so I ask a member of staff how I see the nurse / pharmacist for my flu jab. The lady tells me I can't do walk ins and I need to call customer services to book an appointment. I reiterate her statement back, I need to phone the store to book an appointment with the lady in the room 3 foot away from me? She confirms yes. She did offer me the stores phone number but I was beyond irritated at this stage so I left. It's absolutely rediculous that the website says one thing when the store operates a different procedure. I went to the tesco pharmacy instead and was seen without any issues. The lakeside superdrug is a joke.

I was really surprised how unhappy staff are in this shop, Faye and another colleague was not helpful at all, actually the second staff didn’t even wait to finish my question. Definitely not coming back to this shop.

Good sized store situated on the ground floor of Lakeside. Well stocked store though it is a bit of a squeeze down the narrow aisles. None the less being situated almost in the middle of the centre its easy to access.

I was going to give one star but the store was clean, tidy and staff was nice apart from the beauty studio. I want to make people aware of my bad eyebrow threading experience at this superdrug. Ive spent months trying to thicken my eyebrows due to hairloss. I asked the lady for a tidy up of stray hairs and to keep the shape of my brows. I thought they was a bit thin after, but once I got home it was worse than I thought. The lady did not give me a tidy up or keep the shape, I have pencil thin eyebrows with no shape (they are straight). Even the ends of my eyebrows are gone, they just about reach the end of my eye. My eyebrows will now take months to regrow again and I will now have to start buying eyebrow pencils.
