If you need supplements, diet or personal training this is the place you should go to get it I had my personal training with Ewelina before lockdown. She also prepared for me nutritional plan and believe me , she is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around.I have found Ewelina incredibly professional and efficient. She is also completely flexible in accommodating last minute requests/changes. This has made my life much easier. I really enjoyed the variety & challenge she put into the one-to one session . Ewelina is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Importantly:️ She ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. She is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. Patryk helped me to select supplementation. He is highly knowledgeable and his advice is spot on. He's a Gym person and knows his products. He will always help and support you. Professional,friendly and he offers the best supplements in the area. Highly recommended G-13 team

Patrick is an amazing and enthusiastic person who truly loves what he does. I got specific diet plan together with exercise program which have worked magic!
