If you're very desperate perhaps. Don't waste your time. These organisations appear to have people step through their doors to justify amount of footfall for their funding but don't tell you over the phone job that they cannot help you. They give very little help but because there is no one monitoring or following up the quality of service, the audit may show for instance that they helped a number of people. I was asked to print a 12 page form to take in. Don't do this, it is costly and pointless. The service can be done online and I had to explain to the volunteer that this made more sense as hardcopy is hard to correct. It can be printed when you have the final version. It is run by volunteers, appeared to be law students trying to gain experience. They told me they could assist me to complete my court form over the phone. I then went in. She was instructed by a senior volunteer. She typed in my name as claimant, the respondent's name and the court. I had to correct her spelling. That was it. They then said they don't give legal advice and that they could only represent me at that Feltham court they are based at. Find out clearly what they can help with before you travel. However they seem to keep this information to themselves as they need clients for the volunteers to 'practice on' as I suppose it looks good on the CV. You are seen in a narrow room with other clients so there is no confidentiality. If you have to use their services, don't expect too much. Try the London office which may have more resources. It was a colossal waste of time (and money as I took a cab there) for me.
