All staff were professional and welcoming. The clinic is very clean, very well decorated and ventilated. Vicky did my laser treatment and she’s amazing. She is polite, professional, reassuring and very sweet. Definitely recommend. Marta did my head and shoulder massage...it was really great . I plan to try out Hydrafacial next week .

So I managed to get a laser hair removal appointment before lockdown in the beginning of December with Vicky. I’m only one session into my course but its made such a difference already that I had to write a review! I’m generally shocked at how much reduction I’ve had and can’t wait to continue. My hair is super coarse and dark and usually grows back within a day of shaving but since having the treatment I’ve only had to shave once! Vicky was impressively knowledgeable and professional and was able to answer all my questions. I can’t wait to go back and complete the course!
