A more helpful reception would be useful. Told to bring car in at 8, technicians don’t start until 8:30. I told receptionist that I’d wait, as I thought it would be an easy swap of my recalled charging cable. I would have waited to bring in later, but poor communication doesn’t help. I know it’s difficult times now, but I have another car not BMW, Audi and had a recall service last week, and they were brilliant. Even got text updates, before and during the day! And it was a recall as well. Such a shame. Loads of customers stood around in waiting area not knowing what to do. I’m sat here watching the entertainment. Advice: Get a decent heater. Make sure people wear masks. Communicate. Get a TV monitor instructing people in reception, if you aren’t checking/manning it, and just sat at the desk. I’m sat here, waiting, not sure if it’s going to be for the morning, day, or what.

Formally run by Inchcape G roup who sold the dealership to this private franchise. I have serviced here as our family BMW is under a 100,000 official BMW Comprehensive Warranty. We've had front discs and pads , the air con main control and injectors deep in the engine and rear shocks rectified in the last 12 months or so with excellent service given to our 12 year old car from Billy & Sylvia on reception and Sam and Sandra in service . So far so good with the new regime, who seem to have put some vigour back into the business after Inchcape's penny pinching and cheap attitude to staff and customers. Until further notice I will be using their services.
