Hi. My mechanic returned faulty alternator, which failed after 50 miles of use. Jay ordered my mechanic to leave his shop, after it was discovered that the alternator had been assembled incorrectly. Following this, Jay could not fix the returned alternator. However only gave us a partial refund. And deliberately sabotaged my exchange alternator, before returning it. So that we couldn’t use it as an exchange elsewhere. Costing me a further 40 surcharge. Avoid this company at all costs.
