Seems like it is better for adults and it's not a café, just a pottery painting shop. We arrived early Saturday before anyone else was there and had the place to ourselves for a good couple of hours - really by ourselves, despite the two members of staff being present you are just left to get on with it. That's fine for us but I don't know how that would have worked out if one of us hadn't been before, it was my friend explaining how to use the paints, that there were more colours on another table, and that stamps and droppers existed. We made our own fun but I will be looking at other pottery places in future.

You can't really call it a cafe when you can't have fresh milk and the only for in offer is cake that is bought in and looks like it's come from a school canteen. The pottery is expensive and you have to pay 5 per person painting on top. Service was pretty bad
Have been here twice now would advice for all ages. Its great for pressies, we made Christmas pressies this year, so personal. Lady also very helpful and knows her stuff.
I took my two daughters here (1 & 2 yrs) to paint some mugs for my parents. It was a quiet but welcoming place. I was given good advice on what my daughters could do, and the colors. Will definitely come here again when my daughters are a bit older. The speed of getting your items back is also brilliant - we painted on the Friday and collected on the Sunday.
Great and helpful staff, my son made nice present to grandparents with his footprint on a clock and picture frames.
