took my grandchildren and happy with the safety of it. However we had a tutor and he lacked empathy with them completely which was very disappointing. My grandson needed someone to assure him, and my granddaughter was doing brilliantly but got very little praise. they need to have fun enthusiastic people teaching the young.

I have been climbing here on and off for the past 3.5 years. It really is a great place to climb/lead climb and boulder. The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is always cool and chilled, the routes are also changed frequently! Most members are super friendly. Over all a very nice place to climb and good for a mid climb coffee break. Would highly recommend for any level climber.

A great place for all climbers, from beginners to those with considerable experience looking for more challenging routes. They also have a good mix of bouldering routes. The staff are friendly and helpful, they have equipment for hire and a cafe for lite bites and refreshments. They can also offer instructors for all abilities. (Oh and hygiene levels were high but not overbearing) 10 out of 10.

This is a gem that I wish we had discovered sooner! Went today for a taster session for my son, we had Cecil as our instructor who was patient, knowledgeable and a great instructor. The time absolutely flew and my son is asking if we can come back next Saturday! Highly recommended!

We had a fab time at White Spider. It was the perfect activity for a 6 and 5 year old (and their Mum!) Our instructor George was very patient and encouraging. We got to climb 4 different walls in our hour including the automatic safety harness which the boys LOVED. Would have loved to have had a go at bouldering but we'll save that for our next visit!

Amazing service and Nat was excellent with the kids. I got the allocated time wrong and we turned up an hour late, the team bent over backwards to accommodate us and Nat kindly assisted which meant my two boys weren't let down by their dad's ineptitude. Brilliant service and fantastic place
