DO NOT USE!!! Returned our car to us damaged after our holiday. When they returned the car we noticed one wing mirror was folded upwards beyond it's natural position (they're automatic so would both be in or out) and the indicator glass had been smashed. We reported it on the spot and they took photos and said it would be sorted by the office in a few days. That was 9 months ago.... Since then we've sent endless amounts of emails and made numerous phone calls to resolve this and finally got a response.... to say the damage was already there (saying we did it!)!! Not only this, they sent photos to show the damage in their 'report' which were photos of the car in another location (not where we dropped it off) and with no damage?! Although it's not major damage, they not only refused to reply for 9 months, but now called us liars and won't even take responsibility for the damage!! Please do not use this company, there's a reason they were cheap!!

Sure Parking do not use this company I booked meet and greet parking through FHR and when I returned from holiday into Gatwick in the early hours of Tuesday morning 23.7.19 my car was returned by one of the Sure Parking drivers. He did not inform me that it had been in an accident and due to the late hour and tiredness we did not inspect it before we loaded our cases and drove home. On return home the car was parked in my drive and not used until the following morning, when I went to leave for work I was horrified to see extensive damage to the nearside front corner, including the bumper , wing and wheel. It seems most likely that the driver crashed the car into the wall on one of the tight corners entering the carpark but chose not to mention it, in the hope he would get away with it. I have since had a quote for repairs which is 4250.00. I immediately informed FHR who responded to say that this is not their responsibility and passed me onto the parking operator Sure Parking, who took five days to send a proper response to my complaint. They now claim to have investigated my complaint and found that the damage was not done by them, they have refused to accept any liability and are unable to help further. I regret that I did not check the feedback on Sure Parking before confirming the booking with FHR as their rating and previous customer experiences are very poor. This company has no care for people’s property or their reputation and is happy lie to deny responsibility for their appalling behaviour. I have since had a quote for repairs which is 4250.00. Do not under any circumstances use this company they are verging on criminal and are unfit to be in business

Sure Parking have treated me badly, I needed to change the dates as our holiday had been changed by Virgin. When I phoned to do this the employee told me hat he did not have any bookings for mine and my daughter's cars as the company that took the bookings had gone into liquidation. On the day that I had initially booked the parking for, an employee phoned me to check that we would still be using our parking spaces. Since then I have been trying to get some answers from Sure Parking but they are keen to have our money and not do anything in return. I most certainly would not use this company again, they are liars!

This is NOT meet and greet. On arrival I had to wait 10 minutes for an employee to turn up to take my keys. There was no inspection of the car. On return, my car was not there and I had to wait 25 minutes for it. This is no meet and a lot of wait. Both times I called their office and was told they were busy. The fact is purple parking next door had six or seven operatives meeting and greeting people and cars there waiting for their clients - I know, I had plenty of time to observe - and both times Sure had no one in the parking garage to ‘meet and greet’. When you call their office they are rude. Avoid this company, you would save time and money by using Gatwick long term parking. Feb 2020

We used this company (sure parking working out of gatwick airport)back in February 2020. We gave our car to them in immaculate condition inside and out. On our return which was 4 days later the car looked like it had been driven through a muddy field and the inside looked as if the driver had walked across the field to get it . Also where it was so dirty on the outside we didn't notice the damage on the bumper until a week later which was caused by the above company . I would not recommend this company to anyone who values there car. When I approached the company about the damage they have completely ignored the issue and will not investigate or speak to their driver bout it. They have fobbed me off.
