It has taken me years to find someone who understands what is going on in my head. I was recommended by a friend to try Kevin at Surrey hypnosis and finally I have someone who listens to me. He has helped me through some difficult problems. There is still some way to go as I have had only two sessions so far and there is still a lot of things to be sorted. But now at last I can see a much more positive future with less anxiety.
