Delightful Team After initially speaking to another company and being told to 'buy a new printer' I phoned Boldmere Computers to ask for advice. I spoke to James who asked me to come in and they would take a look. Later that day Charlie was able to fix the problem in less than 5 minutes. Many thanks to all and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others to assist and support them with any computer issue.

Absolutely FANTASTIC customer service! Managed to recover some files from a very old computer with an outdated operating system, potentially saving me from considerable future aggravation! Went in with two stripped screws of unknown size from my new PC case. Staff were able to provide a couple of like screws to try that might fit in replacement for free. Very quick to help and enthusiastic. Thank you very much.
