Gave Beth a call when my usual grab lorry was unable to dispose of clay. She is very professional, punctual and just a nice girl to deal with in general. She is the same price as the other lorry that I use and also has a very cool bright pink lorry! Very highly recommended and will use again.

Five Star Excellent & Friendly Service, from my initial enquiry to booking and then pick up, genuinely really helpful. Pickup was booked within a couple of days even at short notice and was clean, quick & reasonably priced. Nothing was too much trouble when contacting them to clarify/arrange things or when the load was being taken, even when it meant the job took a little longer, so they went above & beyond. Booking in for a further few load pick ups and wouldn’t consider using anyway else now so I highly recommend this company!

In a trade full of mostly grumpy men, a friendly female face is a refreshing change! Very honest, very helpful, good at communicating and very careful with the grab! A real asset to the trade!
What an amazing job for a young lady, lovely to see her doing a “man’s” job and so efficiently too. We saw her amazing truck and took down the number to quote for some garden soil we wanted removing. Not only did she give us a price within the hour she was able to fit us in within the week. Beth arrived when she said she would and left our driveway cleaner than we have ever seen it. Definitely use her in the future and couldn’t recommend her more!!

Appalling dangerous driver - no consideration for the company image! The truck went through two red lights trying to intimidate a motorcyclist at a large roundabout. No consideration for the fact the motorcyclist is vulnerable and the lorry would do a lot of damage, and no consideration for any other vehicles around it. I hope the driver is not the company owner as they clearly do not care that they are driving a mobile advert for their company - a big pink lorry is very memorable! *Might I suggest in future a more professional response to a google review? It would come across far better if you were to respond by providing contact details so the dispute could be settled privately - it would certainly help to protect your company image and show that it matters. You are correct that this not a review of your services, they may be excellent, but this is a review of a bad experience with the company. Regardless who is at fault you would expect any company would understand someone could have had a bad experience and would want to make efforts to try and resolve the situation in a professional manner. There were many vehicles present who would've witnessed the truck going through the red light and any one of these people would also review this experience badly, including this review which does not suggest it is from either the motorcyclists perspective or the perspective of a car driver watching the incident. It is unfortunate the incident happened and I'm sure both parties will learn from it*
Excellent service, phoned up Friday morning & came the same day. Fantastic company - thoroughly recommend this company. Updated when the job was done. Simply the best.Will definitely use again and recommend them to everyone.
