Poor staff...poor food... Sadly, this is the first ever negative review I have felt strongly enough to write about. I have never taken pictures of food before but thought that I would to support this review. This was the first time that my family had gone out for a meal since lock down. We looked for somewhere that had outdoor seating available (for obvious reasons)-The seating area was very clean and fresh. Throughout the duration of our time here, the staff seemed to be very confused and didn't appear to know what they were doing or what was going on with regards to orders etc. When our food did arrive, it was extremely disappointing/shambolic. Nachos were soggy with a thick like consistency. The topping of sour creme and chicken was better but hugely salty. The calamari was straight from frozen packet-limp and lifeless on the plate. The best part of the meal was grilled halloumi. My husband had a burrito but said that he wish we hadn't gone here to eat- ate it begrudgingly. Kids had a fish finger and chip meal- bog standard, nothing special. The restaurant is participating in the 'eat out to help out' scheme, but I really wouldn't waste your time, effort or money. I understand that the hospitality sector has taken a huge hit during this pandemic, but what we experienced today will not help it move forward in the future. We won't be returning OR recommending.

Had a great take away from here. Best to ring direct rather than though an app as just eat wad saying not taking orders.
We visited Sunday 18th October at 5pm. To start with I have to say the staff are lovely. The petite young waitress that served us was great. Really chirpy and happy and was a credit to the restaurant. The food was a different matter. I had the pulled chicken enchiladas. How disappointing and it wasn't cheap. Bland, tasteless and not enjoyable at all. Was supposed to be pulled chicken but looked like they had put the chicken in a blender and forgot about it. It was the consistency of lumpy toothpaste. If I didn't know, I would never have guessed it was supposed to be chicken. Not good at all. Another member of our party has the chicken burger. She couldn't eat it and it was so tough even my son couldn't cut through it. To be fair they did take the cost of that meal off the bill. Unfortunately have to say we will not be going back.
Food is supurb and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very relaxing. A great place for meeting with friends and Family. I will definitely visit again.
One of my new favourite restaurants would recomend anyone to visit. Price is a little high but the food is absolutley amazing. Service was a little slow, but to be expected as my visit was during the eat out to help out scheme.
