My experience for working with Minster Cleaning was very excellent. I was the office cleaner, school cover cleaner and the key holder. The management was very good and professional . My payment was always on time and if there were any vacancies, the workers were in priority. I would certainly recommend this agency to anyone Reason I left- my catering job became a full time job.

We terminated service with Minister Cleaning primarily due to negative experience during the Covid-19 period. Main issue was continuing to charge a monthly fee when our office was forced to close temporarily for the safety of our staff during the pandemic. Most disappointingly we were very understanding previously when an employee damaged one of our meeting booths (initially denied this until we provide CCTV evidence). Out of principle we cancelled the contact and paid the 3 month termination fee to move to another Supplier.
I've worked for Minster cleaning for 17 year's. lovely people to work for would recommend anyone to work for them. with new contracts always coming up they are always looking for new staff.
A great company to work with. I have had dealings with the team in Birmingham for over 15 years now. The are friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. Always there to help when needed and go that extra mile. Definitely the best cleaning company around.
