I messaged Dee through his website on a Bank Holiday afternoon and he responded quickly, picked up my damaged phone from my home and returned it the same evening having diagnosed the issue and replaced all the damaged parts. The phone is now just like it was when new. Fantastic service at a very reasonable cost.
