I am not one to write a review unless a service has been great or bad. in this case the service was exemplary. This was my first visit to a hairdresser (used the barbers before) and to be honest it was unfortunate because the hairdresser was running considerably late and after half hour I couldn't wait and i did feel a bit let down if honest and i cancelled the appointment. What followed (which i somehow felt it would), i received a call the following day to apologise and offer me a complimentary hair cut because they felt they had let me down. I took them up on their offer. I cannot comment on the haircut as i am no expert but i was happy with the outcome. I just wanted to leave this review on the professionalism and service offered which i value more than how a haircut turns out if that makes sense because any haircut can look great or bad but if the service is perfect and they show they care which is obvious in this case. Highly recommend this salon and have already passed on their details to some women who love a haircut!.

Love this place! Conna-Rae is brilliant with colour, he genuinely cares about the condition of your hair.This place provides a free consultation and he really took the time to understand what I was looking to achieve and provided expert advice. I'm really happy with the results. All of the staff are really friendly and make you feel at home. After some hair disasters in city centre salons, so glad I found this salon. Would highly recommend!!!

Had my first visit to the salon today and absolutely loved it. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The wash room was a real treat and Jess's head massage was so relaxing. I had my hair cut by Dean upon a friend's recommendation and I wasn't disappointed.... he was fabulous. He came up with some fresh ideas and by the time I left I felt well and truly pampered. I can't wait for my next visit when I've booked in to try something new! Thank you so much
