Brilliant solicitors - sold my property with them and also purchased with the same team. Louise and Cathy were both very helpful and always quick to come back with a response to any questions or queries I had. They made sure all relevant information was correct and made our sale and purchase very stress free. Used a previous solicitor and was shocked at how unprofessional they acted - using this company made life so much easier and refreshing compared to others. Very competitive with their total bill at the end of both transactions. We had unfortunately lost the purchase of a previous property due to being messed about by the seller which Louise had completed all the paperwork in preparation and she was very kind in waving any fees for her work on that property. Can't thank them enough. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Tracey and Amanda were all that we could want. We were buying a property from abroad - nonetheless everything went very smoothly and in a highly controlled manner. Tracey is very experienced, an excellent communicator and moves quickly. Nothing was too much trouble. Always accessible. We were updated frequently and given eading material\ as and when. The whole process was seamless and we felt (justifiably so) in safe hands from Day 1. Conveyancing at its' very best. We recommend without reservation.

Utterly useless company where even the Managing Director doesn't care. If you are thinking of using this company I would highly recommend you go elsewhere. I'm afraid they are one of these companies that will just soak away your will to live as they have exactly 0% customer service. Even when things get so bad that you have to badger the Managing Director, when he finally does return your calls he still does absolutely nothing what so ever. To put a bit of explanation behind this. My mum's accountant suggested we use them to transfer 3 properties to her son (me). A straightforward job - even easier than selling properties as the buyer doesn't require any legal work/due diligence etc on the properties and certainly no haggling. You would expect 6 - 8 weeks to complete at most this wouldn't you? Well we have been over 9 months now and still not complete!!!! Admittedly we did put this on hold for 1 month due to a tax concern but this was sorted and we still haven't finished 8 months later. Despite talking to the Managing Director in early February, expressing my frustrations, over 5 weeks later at end March 2019 they still haven't finished notifying the Managing Agents - a simple form needed to be filled in! Utterly useless company where even the Managing Director doesn't care and is a waste of space. If he is so bad then you can't expect much from those that work for him. Like I said earlier, just don't waste your time with this company there are hundreds of others who do care and will do a great job and you won't have to waste hours chasing up employees who just don't care.
