I’ve been there with my friends a few times its small but quite nice. Some of the staff can be a bit annoying eg. A 8 year old looking kid just fell they don’t really do much they just skate past but there is some of the staff that help. I just find it a bit irresponsible I guess. This is another small thing that annoys me and I’m not sure if they do it on purpose but they’re like really good at skating and often just speed in front of you really quickly but like right in front of you and it startles me a bit to a point where I almost fall over its just a bit annoying again not completely sure if its on purpose but it does look a bit like it is. Sorry if I’m overreacting.

Awful. The lady is just plain rude if you ask her a question. We went for a 10am session and were told to leave at 10:45am because a party was booked. They didn't mention this when I was paying for the tickets. If I had known I wouldn't have bothered. Better off going to Streatham, bigger rink and cheaper!
Nice small Ice rink, the children lived it. They had little things that children can either sit on and be pushed around our they can standup and skate holding. We went for the first session at 10 and it wasn't busy
We booked tickets for two adults and two children. However one of the children (and therefore one adult) could not skate due to not enough skating aids and they refused to refund the price of those tickets The rink is much smaller than other similarly priced rinks around.
The customer service is very poor. They sold a children's ticket without letting the customer know whether there are all 8 dolphins available or none at all. They expect you to be clairvoyant. They don't provide refunds if a child cannot skate due there being no dolphins left. This place should be avoided if you have children.
