If you need a lymph drainage massage at home I highly recommend Theo! I didn't know much, if anything, about the need for or benefits of this type of massage but post-surgery it is one of the most important things you can do to aid your recovery. Theo combined lymph drainage with more traditional massage techniques to release tension and soothe knotted muscles. The benefits were felt almost immediately. My upper back, which had become incredibly tight, felt immeasurable better after just one session, and bruising from the surgery also started to dissipate after a few days. I had a 12 session course which Theo adapted to my needs, starting primarily with lymph drainage and moving on to incorporate more deep tissue work as the weeks went on. Theo always checked progress and noted any areas of concern ensuring that what he was doing was always exactly what needed to be done. I have completed the course but will definitely continue to use Theo's service to maintain good muscular health....it's such a treat being able to relax in your own home and know with absolute certainty that you are getting a personalised highly effective treatment delivered in a very professional and friendly manner!

Theo has been massaging my partner for years now - he's really friendly and put her at ease from the first time he came to our home. She works with horses and plays physical sports so needs regular massages. Theo makes all the difference when she's recovering from the physical wear and tear she sustains at work and play. He's laid back, knowledgeable, and always professional - and takes all reasonable precautions to keep us and himself safe from COVID-19. He comes highly recommended.

I developed tendonitis from working from home during lockdown and Theo has been miraculous in helping my muscles relax in my shoulders and arms - working through knots and explaining the techniques and science behind it all. Theo also sent me a document with stretching techniques as a follow-up to help me continue working from my small home desk without doing further damage. I hope there will be a time when the massage is purely for relaxation rather than to help an injury as well, but I cant imagine enjoying it more either way!
Theo is an excellent masseur! He really removes all the knots, provides such an enjoyable and relaxing experience and he has a wonderful energy about him that he brings into the house as soon as he walks through the door!
