Dawn took over a qualification that I had started elsewhere. I was fully supported during a difficult period and was finally able to complete my course nearly three years after starting it. Dawn was always helpful and available to assist either in person or on the phone. She always fitted in around my very busy training schedule in order to assess my teaching and delivery. A good service and provider from my experience.
I registered with New Dawn training for my A1 assessor qualification last year and having been successful I am now undertaking my IQA qualification with them. Dawn is very supportive and provides clear guidance on what is required. Dawn has attended my workplace on several occasions to conduct observations and always has time to discuss any concerns. My evidence is assessed in good time with helpful feedback and I always receive a prompt response to my emails. It is a pleasure to work with them.
