Terrible - don’t think the service team know what they’re doing - overpriced too. Use another fiat dealer.

I bought my car from Sutton Park in March 2017 from Luke Williams who is great and sold me a lovely car and he was no trouble to deal with whatsoever. The same however cannot be said for the services department, they are a joke, as are their supervisors and managers etc. As you will see from the picture attached, that apparently is how you leave the boot base after a service that cost 280.00. To fix the issue they wanted to come and collect my car again and drive it back to their garage which was a) inconvenient to me and b) after their service I didn't trust them to take my car anywhere. I wanted them to refund part of my service charge, say 30-40 and then take it myself to another Fiat dealership. Its taken 3 members of staff over a month to tell me that this won't be happening! Unfortunately these members of staff have ruined it for their sales team, as I will never use Sutton Park again.
I together with my wife when a pre arranged appointment and met with Kevin. This salesman was a dream come true, not pushy and listened attentively to what my wife wanted and we looked at vehicle and she took a test drive. We were happy with all the negotiation and purchased a vehicle would like to state it was a pleasure to deal with Kevin, no hassle and being pushy, perfect salesman, very helpful and will be recommending to family and friends. Very happy with the service received
Completely uninterested! Booked a test drive with this dealer. For me is a big deal as I am disabled and use hand controls therefore I have to get a friend to test drive for me. Phoned in the morning to check all was still on as my friend had gone out of her way. They seemed a bit disorganised then telling me \it should be fine\. We arrive for the allotted time and struggle to find any sales staff (which is unusual for a car dealer!) We eventually asked the service department who tried to find someone. Eventually a we were seen to by a member of who I assume was sales staff, he just told us to wait. And wait we did! After 45 mins of waiting in an empty showroom we decided to leave. Really disappointed with this service I felt we weren't taken seriously. As mentioned my friend had gone out of her way to attend and both mine and her time was completely wasted....
looked at a car and Jake was our sales man who was very helpful, pleasant and had great customer service. Thank you
