I have met Paul Sully twice now, for two completely unrelated issues and in both instances, he was fantastic. He addressed and quickly resolved two very stressful matters I was dealing with. Whatever your politics, I cannot speak highly enough about him and his team.

Would only be useful if your views mirrored his own. Failed to respond to my email even after one of his aides told me he was preparing a reply. Waste of space.
Informed Mr Scully of an issue concerning the elderly. I found his lack of concern on this issue, shockingly bad.
Quickly helped to resolve the issue, after meeting at surgery. If would be good if other officials were like him- caring and helpful.
