I came in for advice a few months ago, very helpful and informative about a lot of things, especially about raw feed. I said I'd come back in a few weeks with my puppy to purchase raw feed. I was very excited to come back, but when we came in, she was very rude and felt like she 'verbally' attacked me. I said 'oh your raw feed is in the freezer isn't it?' And she said 'we have a delivery at 12' I said 'oh so you don't have any in the freezer?' She said 'I just.. said.. we.. have.. a... delivery... at... 12...' I said 'okay?' She just stared at me for ages, I said 'okay!' She said 'what bit of that did you not understand?' My partner was a bit blown back by it too as it was his first time meeting her too. I felt really upset by it. I still am. I felt like leaving, but I gave her a chance. Then she seemed like her normal helpful self like before. Maybe an off day as she said she wasn't feeling well. She seems quite a feisty lady, a lot of passion, especially for animals, but I am starting to purchase my raw feed online now. I did want to be a regular.

I popped in for the first time last week and the store owner was very friendly and helped me with what I was looking for. I've just moved to the area and will definitely be popping by for more treats for my dogs.
Great petshop, offers lots of variety of all good pet foods, for dogs, cats, guinea-pig's, rabbits. .etc..beds..bedding..etc..gives good advice also for caring for your pets.I go there for all my pets needs.

Very helpful owner who goes out of her way to order specific stock requirements and even delivers bales of hay on her way home! Much handier for parking now with the new ASDA opposite. A great little shop with a personal touch.
The assistant was very helpful and answered all our queries. Not sure if the management has changed since the last review but definitely the training of staff has changed.
My favorite pet shop that all my family use Owner is so helpful and lovely I stuggle to leave as we can chat for ages! Even if she doesn't have something she will try to order it in for me. X
