I recommend this hospital. I had an a operation on friday and from start to finish the hospital nurses were truly amazing, supportive and reassuring. The anaethetist was truly amazing and supportive with my fears and my surgeon was brilliant he was supportive with my fears. Real first class service from start to end.

Was a lovely hotel to stay at for my operation. Clean and new rooms done to high standard with great friendly staff. Free car parking. Nearest station is Worcester Park which is 30 min walk or short taxi journey

Visited the hospital today for blood collection.I am usually experiencing great anxiety,but thanks to Mr.Mike at the outpatient department-it was successful!Just want to say thank you and definitely recommend,especially for people like me, who find it hard to have blood collection.

I requested a neck consultation directly from the website and they were very quick to contact me to tell me to call my own GP as I most likely have covid, more recently the receptionist diagnoses patients by phone. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hospital.

Staff were absolutely fantastic, professional and thoroughly supportive from beginning to end. My nurse (Antonio I believe his name is) was a complete hero, he constantly updated me (as well as other nurses) and answered any questions with complete professionalism. After the surgeon failed to turn up he advised me to the best of his knowledge and made sure I was always comfortable and that I got home safely. Not to mention, the room I was put in was immaculate and could easily be mistaken for a 3/4 star hotel. I can't thank all the staff enough for all the help and courtesy they showed me, even if it is their job.
