These guys are amazing!! the food is always on point, but not only that they always go the extra mile. I went in this evening to get some churro's as I have been craving them for a few days ( I am pregnant and baby is loving them!) and they had switched to online orders only due to covid and could not just churro's delivered. When I explained my situation they walked straight behind the counter and got me some... they didn't even take the money, just told me and baby to enjoy.. which we did very much! thank you very much to the great staff at Taco Bell :)

Two big office orders via Uber Eats in the last month, and twice Sutton branch have managed to mess the orders up. 2nd time a colleague got a pencil in his meal, multiple nachos all missing, and a boxed meal. I've given an extra start as my volcano burito was great, but will there be a third order from our office? Who knows... EDIT - colleague says order will be reprossed tomorrow FOC, not sure if we get a random crayon this time. Will adjust the rating accordingly thereafter. Fingers crossed! EDIT2 - No crayon, but good food. A shame under the current COVID climate that 3 of the items were not labled. But then again, we had the pencil. Back up to 3 starts, until the next office order.

Wow. Oh my giddy god. Took my son here for his taster week tennis trials. He came home this weekend with a wrist like Murray and an eye for the ball like a hawk. So pleased with all the extra time and effort from staff trying to teach my son tennis, even though that he has no hands due to a severe incident last year. Watching my son being able to now happily play tennis like all the other kids in the playground makes my heart smile.

Fantastic people that work there they are the most friendly and helpful people on the High Street of Sutton! The food was excellent! Warm and fresh! I would highly recommend Taco Bell in Sutton over the other places!

Food is good... But the chips were too salty... Poor customer services by the team and the restaurant manager... The visit could have been better...
