My back had completely gone unable to walk or move hardly. Steve was excellent had me up and about after one session. Knew exactly what happened and was able to ease the pain considerably. Highly recommended

Steve is amazing at his job. The first time I went to see him, I couldn’t event stand up, and he fixed me to the point where I haven’t had to see him for a couple of years. Unfortunately just had another ‘twinge’ so back to Steve, once again the results are almost instant. If you’re having back pain, no matter how bad, and nothing else seems to help. Call Steve.
I went to Steve with a lower back issue which had me losing sleep and unable to walk, sit or stand for more than 5 minutes. After spending 10 minutes explaining the problem to Steve, he treated me and the pain and lack of mobility was gone by the following morning. Great service and great advice on how to continue the rehabilitation at home with simple stretches. Highly recommended!
Someone recommended Steve to me a few years ago and he is now my ‘go to’ osteopath. I always feel so much better after treatment with Steve - he really does have the ‘magic’ touch. Really genuine, kind and caring which make the whole experience so much better. Highly recommend you give Steve a call should you need an osteopath.
I have been to see Steve numerous times over the years and despite a move to Sussex still travel back to see him as he is so good! He is knowledgeable in understanding what is causing my pain and effective in treating it. Steve is also great at providing me with exercises to prevent reoccurrence. I would definitely recommend him
Having never had to visit a physio after any injury or in this case a cycling crash resulting in limited shoulder movement ; three visits to The Cole Practice, and lots of 'clicking', completely restored painless movement. Quite incredible. Thanks and would absolutely recommend.
