This company were great to work with. They offered a very personal service all the way through the project. They are very professional and always made sure us as the clients were happy along the way. I must say a very high standard on the finish with looks of positive comments by people who have seen the finished job. I would highly recommend SWA.

I have to give them a review but if I had a choice I would give them zero stars. A terrible company to work for I worked with them about a month ago I was not paid for the work I did. They expect you to work more for less money. Avoid working for this firm at all costs if you are worried about being paid for the work you have done. They don't even pay for inductions!

This company is well known in the electrical trade as a bunch of cowboys. They do not pay their staff and have been blacklisted from numerous employment agencies as they do not have their own electricians tend to hire electricians from agencies and don't pay them. They have also been blacklisted from numerous big contractors balfour beatty, Bouygues and ISG to name a few, at best they are domestic electricians but they do not have a clue about commercial electrical work. A social media group was setup by ex-disgruntled employees in London to help other employees and to deter others from working or contracting these Chancers

I worked with the company from November 2017 to April 2018. The director promised me one hour rate but he didn't keep his promise. It was happened with other electricians as well.
