Having never sold a business before I was sceptical as I'd heard of lots of other companies out there who just get your money up front and then do very little. Chris put our worries at ease from the onset, no pressure sales and commission based upon completed sale. Chris and his partner found a buyer for my business within 3 weeks ! but due to Covid19 the legal process delayed things along a bit. But the relationship that Chris had built between us, Swan and the buyers meant things picked up where we had left off after lockdown1. Chris is very amiable, he always delivered what he promised and kept us up to date throughout. It was clear he knew the industry well and recommended a good (fixed price) solicitor too. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Swan Business Brokers, you get the personal attention with smaller independent businesses and would definitely use them again should a need arise.

This was my first time selling a buisnees, having been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. My initial phone call to Nav, he was great no pushy tactics to get me to pay a fee. Then came the meeting with his buisnees partner Chris, again this was very easy and no pushy sales tactics were used he explained everything to me and the fee was explained. ( very reasonable ) and said to pay it in my own time. A great sales brochure for any potential buyers was printed prior to any payment. Chris got me a deposit for asking price within 14 days.
