My wife and I have just moved into our AMAZING new Redrow home at Ebbsfleet Valley. Due to Covid 19 our house completion was delayed from June 2020 until November 2020. This could have been a very stressful experience for our family, but the staff at Redrow made us feel at ease and regularly updated throughout the entire process. The very helpful, personal touch from a few members of staff in particular really meant a lot. Kirsty and Catriona in the Redrow sales office were always happy to answer any questions, give advice, and guide us along our journey. They are a both awesome! Due to the time delay, my wife and I would regularly drive over and over visit the site and view the house build from a safe distance. The site manager Jack was another member of the team who was always happy to explain the build stages to us. He would be happy to take a few minutes out of his busy day to answer our questions and make us feel reassured that our dream gone was progressing nicely. As we got closer to completion we had the pleasure to speak with the area manager, Joanne. She was another member of the Redrow team that went above and beyond what we would expect. She made sure that all of our moving day went smoothly and just made the final stage feel like a pleasant experience. Nothing was too much trouble. These four members of staff are a credit to Redrow and we felt lucky to have been under their wings. Why can’t all customer care be as good?? Wishful thinking! Our new Amberly house is absolutely stunning and we couldn’t be happier :)))))))))
