Very professional and friendly service. Throrough eye examination and everything was explained well to me. I felt really safe there with the social distancing measures they had in place. My new glasses arrived in less than a week and I love them. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Went there for an eye test , thought the place was great, easy to park, really friendly staff, nice airy building and good modern equipment, particularly impressed by the optician who could not have been nicer , great experience.

I had my eye test done in a different store then purchased my glasses from this store. When my glasses arrived I struggled with them. Boots, Carmarthen Rd, arranged for me to have another eye test with their resident optician and my initial prescription was incorrect. They have been absolutely brilliant at putting things right, sending my glasses off to be re-made. I had a contact lens trial with them today and customer service was excellent. Can't recommend this store and their staff highly enough!
