Happy with tiles but surprised when told I couldn't return tiles as they have a 35 day policy. Bought 22nd December due to non essential shops closing and job being done mid January. Bought extra due to uncertain times and tiles are still boxed. Honestly thought that a good will gesture would be necessary. Send a lot of business that way as work in the bathroom industry. Won't be recommending again.

Highly recommend. Great selection of tiles at a reasonable prices. Staff are so accomodating. The manager Chris gives a first class customer service and even called us out of hours regarding my order and went out of his way to find a suitable tile for us. I had a special order of tiles from Spain during lockdown, tiles arrived on time and I was kept up to date at all times during the oder and delivery process. Thank you,, will definately use Direct Tile Warehouse in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them.

Very helpful when some tiles were broken in one pack and quickly replaced. Reasonable prices as well. No pushy hard sell. Able to browse around at leisure and make a choice without a feeling of pressure and added stress. Ready to help when needed.
