Thank you for an incredibly relaxing get away. The campsite was perfectly situated in the valley with amazing views of the surrounding hills. The pitches are well spread out and all have spots for fire pits. Even on a busy weekend you would still have a good amount of space to call your own. A perfect base for walking the peaks of the Black Mountains. Five minute walk from a pub that served decent pub grub and a cold Heineken for the end of a long walk.

Absolutely incredible! We drove past this place on a road trip, popped in on the off chance. What an absolute gem! The tranquility of the place is phenomenal, and the views spectacular. Real fires, stream side camping, water that tastes so fresh! A really lovely family, and an awesome pet pig Jenny - she loves a scratch . Highly recommend for 'finding yourself' and total relaxation.

Incredible view to wake up to. Welcomed to the camp by a really excited and lovely dog which was an awesome start. The owners are lovely and just as welcoming as the dog. The fire pit is essential to get the proper experience. I will be back a lot more times! Totally recommend this place!!

The location is the absolute best thing about this campsite. The views are incredible and there are nice individual spots for groups, like ours was. But there is only one toilet for the top two fields, and one portaloo each for the bottom two. It's not enough sorry, especially with small children in tow. Shower good, hot but costs 1 for 4 minutes? On top of pitch fee which isn't that cheap for a field site with barely anything else on it really. Also got pushed off the pitch by the owner at 11am because he 'had a group waiting' even though check in isn't until 3PM in the afternoon! Friendly enough but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If you like a basic field site with great views and aren't bothered about people being pleasant to you and enjoy showering in a shed that has the look and feel of a 1900s outhouse then this is the site for you.
