The great thing about the people at Giakonda is that they are always helpful and they really work hard to resolve any hardware problems you may have in a friendly way. And if you need things done quickly, they will always do their best to get you up and running again. They are a really good business.

Brought 3 referbished laptops to to have O/S put on by GiaKonda purchased from another company who were themselves very unhelpfull unfortunately and proved to be problematic. However the staff at this small family run business were exellent, overcoming the problems with no extra charge, which concidering they must be the cheapest in swansea, was exellent. The staff were super friendly and helpfull, explaining things in language mere pc mortals can understand. Fitted us in quickly and repairs completed equally fast. Really can't fault them. If you have an IT problem heres the place to go;o) Belaited thanks again guys
