Normally very please with the food and service here but on my last visit on NYE I was kept waiting for 3 hours only to find that they hadn't even started my order. No apology at all and the lady kept hiding out the back so I could not ask her how long. I ordered at 6.30pm and I gave up and walked out at 9.30pm with no food. Never had a problem before (apart from the lack of card payment facility) but after this experience I will be using Friendly Chinese down the road.

I ordered a specific order, very simple, it’s on their own menu. However when they delivered the wrong thing, the scandalous chinese shop claimed it was my fault, with proof of my order I asked for the right food to be sent, then I was met with insults, police threat. I will not tolerate this. I will be contacting the proper authorities. My consumer rights will be met, whether willingly or not.
