I’ve recently had laser eye surgery and Natalie from Optical Express Swansea was absolutely amazing throughout my whole process from the initial consultation to my post treatment appointments. Her customer service skills are excellent she really does go above and beyond to help her clients and if it wasn’t for her I don’t think I would of gone ahead with the procedure which was the best thing I ever did. Thank you Natalie for taking the time and answering all my questions I had reassuring me and making sure I had all the info I needed before going ahead with the laser treatment.

One month on & better than 20/20 vision, staff are efficient & have made the whole process painfree. I had the procedure in Bristol & I was back driving in 48 hrs, replacement lenses in both eyes. I was struggling to read a number plate at 10 paces, now can see clearly from 60. Any operation has an element of risk, but the staff made me feel confident that every precaution was taken to achieve a good result.

We had to book over a month in advance for a consulatation. Then, the day before (at nearly 6pm), they decided to move our appointment (by leaving a voicemail) with no apologies or reasons. When we rang back the next morning to see what was going on, they just said that their optician has cut their hours. Poor service from a national company.
