Prime Student Living is forcing students to pay for weeks/months of utilities we're not using due to lockdown restrictions explaining that we'll be able to pay it using our maintenance loan anyway, the same maintenance loan we'll be paying off for the next 30 years. They don't seem to care that many students are going through financial difficulties at the moment especially as a lot of part time jobs have closed. Yes, Prime Student Living is not obligated to issue rebates or refunds. However, I feel that it is both immoral and corrupt to put additional pressure on students at these very stressful times. If you want student accommodation that truly cares about your wellbeing then don't sign with Prime Student Living.

Shower smells a lil, air vent is right above the heater so it's often cold in one side of the room but boiling on the other is freezing :/ Covid fines an stuff suck, not well communicated. Everything else is well communicated through emails, although a little late sometimes. The weekend maintenance staff are a little \to the point\ and rude on occasion but reasonable most of the time. Walls are thin... hob turns off sometimes, annoying to turn on... yh

1. Couldnt move in until 6 months after my contract started. 2. The kitchen ceiling is too low and close to the cooker, so the smoke alarm goes off too often. 3. When i did finally manage to move in, the radiator was broken for about two weeks. They changed it to a new one but that broken again after about a week. 4. There's no security during the night unlike other accommodations. 5. Parcels delivered during the weekend are left unattended basically. 6. Soundproofing is terrible. 7. No sensible sized bins in the kitchen, the bins they provide are inside the cupboard but they're way too small for 5-6 people flat. 8. The flat i was put in didn't have enough storage space for 5 people when it was supposed to be a flat for 6 people. Actually a joke to the honest. 9. Finally, the elevator was broken in the summer for about a month or longer, I have no idea how people on the higher floors managed... Instead of going to coppergate and paying their high prices, I recommend The Oldway Centre. The building itself is much better with 24/7 security. The kitchens larger, The ceilings are higher, you feel more spacious. They also provide better perks such as free bus pass, netflix, spotify, and other perks. Though you can only choose 2. I have personally lived at both places and I much prefer the Oldway Centre.

Always clean and tidy with excellent staff that have helped me when I've been locked out of my room. Maybe a little expensive but worth every penny for how safe and secure it is.

Only if they could deliver what they promise, by far the worst and most incompetent private student housing company I’ve ever stayed with. Your welfare is nothing to them and all they care about is your money. Just look up the recent events and this will tell you who they really are. Avoid this place and this company if you don’t want to be disappointed.

I hate living here, no 24h acessable security as promised, the walls are PAPER thin - that's not an exaggeration I can hear everything from others rooms and the kitchen from within my room, the fire alarm flashes a green light which also keeps me up, there's wayyy to many unnecessary doors you have to go through to even get to your block, you have to even have a key fob to use to lift so visitors can't let themselves out, maintenance just let themselves into your room.
