Have a conservatory from here. Rating one star is too much in my opinion. I was promised the best service at the start and then I signed. The builders were very good - polite and completely professional. I work full-time and had my mother at home while they worked - she is full of praise for them. All went downhill from there......the frame went up and there were a number of gaps through which you could clearly see the sky; the glass was put in the wrong way round (I wouldn't have known if it hadn't been pointed out by the man that laid the floor); the plasterer let me down twice and then did an awful job of it; a certain member of staff believes its ok to walk into my house and not introduce himself - I actually had to ask who he was!!! That same man has no idea how to speak to customers - so rude - I have never had anyone speak to me like he does. They could not even put back a simple wall as it was to begin with!!! And completely scared my mum by turning up without appointments and working on my house from the outside!!!! Honestly!!! I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone.

No stars.Tried unsuccessfully over last 15 months to get some important installation issues sorted without success. Staff were evasive on the phone and ignored Emails. Have just paid a reputable local builder 600 to rectify issues. 5 year guarantee meaningless.

Order placed in March, then Lockdown happened.Tried to cancel due to being Furloughed and possible chance of redundancy,difficult to speak to staff as half furloughed and not open, told too late as order gone through, although whole country on lockdown. Fobbed off with excuses, eventually fitted in Summer, installation guys were brilliant, few little hitches so they advised not to pay balance in full. The remedial work was then carried out in October, they left an invoice for payment of balance as I was in work. Received an email that evening requesting payment, then also phoned the following morning to chase the money, spoke to Nigel as I felt bombarded with the chasing, 3 times within 24 hrs, felt a bit over the top, when I ordered in March and now only finishing in October, said he wanted to get all my guarantees out to me and this couldn't be processed until final payment. Surprise nearly a month later no guarantee received.
