Had to go and get bloods today, I'm exempt from wearing a mask due to medical issues and was told by out patient receptionist that everyone had to wear one even of they are exempt, he offered and I declined one.Lucky for me the nurses and receptionists at bloods department were absolutely wonderful and didn't question anything. It's the first time I've ever had to experience this as I've never had a issue in Morriston hospital definitely won't be back at singleton again.

All covid precautions firmly in place. Receptionists all very helpful and gave clear helpful instructions/directions. Seen very quickly by medical staff. Medical staff very clear and helpful too.
I was taken here while having severe breathing difficulties and worried for my life, when I arrived no one cared or was bothered by this matter. I approached two nurses who heard me and just ignored me.
My husband Peter attended ophthalmology yesterday for an injection into his eye... he has asked me to say how well he was treated and how much better he feels already. with great thanks Kath Dover-Wade
I am under the care of Dr Mo for gout/arthritis, what a lovely gentle guy he is, Since moving from Sheffield he's been a big help continuing my treatment. The staff are lovely.
