Before I get into my review, people need to understand that demand is high, mistakes are going to happen and as a result of high demand as well as the need for social distancing, things will take longer. When I went, the staff were all amazing and the food was great and well worth the wait. Also, great value for money.

First experience of Taco Bell. Went to shop to order and purchase and fortunately, it was reasonably quite, so no real hanging about. Unfortunately, we got home to realise that half of it was missing. Probably our fault for not checking before leaving, but with the current situation, my daughter didn't want to hang around. The food was nice though, so maybe next time we'll just make sure we get what we've paid for, before leaving.
Taco Bell in Swansea! Cone on don’t know why people complain! You know covid is causing issues! Give staff a little more time to prep your order it’s going to be crazy there as they have just opened today! Amazing food always a happy customer ️
Went on a Friday lunch; no que, quick service & hot delicious food. I appreciate not everyone has had the same service, however, reading the reviews it appears people have reviewed based on the delivery times. It looks like the food is delivered via uber eats so I'm not sure it's entirely fair to give this restaurant a review on that basis.
Completely Disappointed. Firstly, servings are very small for the price. Secondly, the amount of actual filling in all of the meals was pitiful. They were however quite generous with the lettuce. Lastly, we ordered a taco, removing the cheese and sour cream, for our daughter who won't eat these. Her taco had a tiny sprinkle of grated cheese; as in 5 actual pieces of cheese. I'm pretty confident that they either put cheese on it and then tipped it off or, they started to put cheese on it and realised so stopped. Either way, a whole new taco should have been made.
