Really impressed by the service I received this morning. As a novice runner I went in without much of a clue about what I was looking for, but I left feeling like I've got exactly the right pair of trainers. And got some friendly advice and tips as well. Highly recommend.

Popped in yesterday on advice of a friend as have been experiencing some heel pain after running hard. Have to say I experienced the best customer service I have ever had in any retail shop in my life. Was served by Emma who took the time to show me how my ankles were rolling on landing causing increased stress and strain. She advised me on a moulded shoe insert and new shoes that should make things much better for me. Very pleased thank you
A running community hub, Sweatshop is a runner's gem in Woking town centre. The best part are the staff who are super friendly and have the knowledge and experience to help you get kitted out with the right shoes for your running style. I recently bought a new pair of running shoes there and my running has been better than ever! There is a running club they have twice a week which caters to all running abilitie and is really welcoming.
The running shoes, moulded insoles and compression calf sleeves have been consistently superb for my all round day to day, training and physio use. The service delivered by John has always been exceptional - every single time with no exception (I've been using the shop for the past two and a half years). Emma's always been super friendly as well and I really appreciated Mark's patience with me always getting his name mixed up (I've got concentration problems). Oh and I also appreciate the guys having always made the effort to remember my name (it helps make me feel special) plus double checked whether or not my existing shoes need replacing (e.g. like John did today). Thank you for your time John, Emma and Mark - I appreciate it! Raza )
