I have to share the best ever customer service experience I received from Kat at the Sweaty Betty store in Nottingham. After not being able to speak to their online team I opted to call Nottingham shop explained my concerns of which Kat listened, looked at options available which certainly benefited me. She was very proud of working to achieve a mutually beneficial experience for me, following up as promised. Best ever customer experience I have received in my xx years!! Thank you.

I visited this store today(02/10/2018)as I had an issue with an online order and I could t get through to the online customer service number. The 2 ladies who helped me were brilliant. Definitely the best service that I have had in a Sweaty Betty store!
