I just had my internal locking mechanism fail on me so I looked up the manufacturer of the door. To my surprise they were based in Norwich so I popped in to see them. It turns out my windows and doors are 20 years old (they still look good as new) but they still had the part I needed in stock so 30 later I had a door as good as new. Its so nice (and rare) to find a company still going and supporting their products after this length of time. Thank you so much Swiftframe. I will definitely be recommending you to others and coming to see you if/when I do need new ones.

Simply the worst company I have ever dealt with in 40 years of business. I was trying to place business with a local company but wish I hadn't bothered. It took over TWO months to get a price. No replies to emails, never dealt with the same person more than once. They deserve to fail. Simply appalling. No idea if the windows are any good or not, I didn't get that far!!!
