I can’t express how happy I am with the services which swift immigration provided us. From start to finish Mohshin gave us the best advices ensuring that when we submitted the spouse visa application it would be accepted with no issues! He had the director of the company Jinnah overlook our case before submission and the rest of the team were all at hand when Mohshin was with another client or temporarily away from the phone. I first called Swift in 2019, the Solicitor gave me great advice from the initial call. My job ended so I did not have the payslips to apply. I then found another job built the payslips and immediately gave my case to Swift, I had called around but they put me at ease. My case handler Deji was fantastic, he supported me with every document, took my calls, kept me calm. This is a huge task you can't attempt alone. Deji needs a pay rise or promotion, his service is 5*. Thank you Deji, I will return to you when it comes to renewal. I applied in September using their normal service and my wifes appointment was in October she will now arrive next week, before the year ends.

Amazing, advert states, Spouse visa 399 We are so confident that the second application is free should the first be rejected. However very misleading, for 399 you do your own application and it won't be reviewed by a swift solicitor, and should it be rejected, a second application is NOT free. To qualify for specialised service, 799/999 package applies. When the fee was questioned, the whole attitude changed. Wouldn't use nor trust Swift for anything!!

We searched for immigration solicitors for a while and saw the reviews for Swift Immigration which were all great. My spouse visa was approved in under 2 months from date of submission which is quick. Jinnah was our solicitor and I cannot fault him. He was fantastic; very informative and just a really nice guy which is someone you need when going through a visa application. I cannot recommend Jinnah and Swift highly enough. My wife and I were very happy with their service.
