I can't recommend SwimSolutions & TI highly enough! I was the classic 'sinky leg' swimmer and would get exhausted in the pool. Pointers from Jackie in the endless pool immediately caught mistakes I was making and then helped me to refine, streamline and slow down to go faster. Now I can happily do long swims 3km at a faster pace than I could swim short distances before and never feel I am going to run out of energy. Absolutely revolutionised my swimming experience for the better - thank you so much!!
