I recently bought a Triumph from BB, bike was serviced and 12 months MoT was put on as promised, I dealt with Adam who was great to deal with, a no pressure buying experience and I cannot fault the customer service, any problems were soon rectified. Highly Recommended and I would certainly consider buying from them again.

Bought bike beginning of August, fresh MOT put on. After couple of rides, bike not feeling right, gave it inspection myself and found rear wheel out of alignment of almost 10mm, and front wheel alignment was also out. When collected the bike there was nothing to say a pre delivery inspection was made. Believe they are just happy in selling bikes in any condition, whether safe or not.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. My son bought a bike on finance. He’s now stuck with 2 years finance and a bike that is not even road worthy after owning it just 6 months. Having all ready spent over 1000 trying to at least get it in some kind of work I f order. Every garage that has tried to help out have confirmed, he’s been well and truly ripped off with a bike that should never have been sold on. Absolutely shameful company. Steer clear of these.
