Been a long suffering customer for a while, but this one will also be my last. It's always fun and games trying to get a sales persons attention, they are always typing away or pretend to be on the phone (never answer when we called ), a couple of them carry the others but they are the ones always with the customers. Never the less I got some attention and managed to place an order, three week delivery as in stock, perfect needed it in four weeks. Called the store a day after the 3rd week had passed and turns out they had messed the order up and stuck in the system. So they had to place a new order, just happened to be 50% cheaper on the day they had to reorder. You would he thought for the inconvenience they would have honoured the current price, offered some form of refund? Nah full price. It took over 6 weeks from initial order date, missed by bathroom fitter who had included fitting, had to pay another guy. I emailed the store manager after we replaced the order as the person on the call couldn't help, I also asked for the store manager when I collected, not available so I requested a call back, bored at this point emailed head office- radio silence. So now I can see they have started to reply to some reviews. Wouldn't even trust them for a 1m X 2m piece of vinyl aymore. The fitter recommended a place at RWB, personally I will be visiting them for the 180m2, including underlay and fitting as all the other projects are now complete.

Very bad services. Ones they have your money they don't care about anything. And they charge 100 in advance. Carpet fitters not motivated to do the job and can walk away half way. Never going to use again. I left with old carpet everywhere in my house that was not picked up for weeks, no new fitted...half job done and I was waiting a month. Please be careful and don't pay full amount upfront.

The store has good quality products. However it lacks a lot on the customer service. When I was inside the store looking for what I wanted no one offered for help or advice on anything. I had to be begging for some information to some guy who couldn't really be bothered. The store also doesn't accept payments with Amex cards.

I managed to spill a can of paint all over my cream bedroom carpet, but because I got the easy clean carpet that you can clean with 1/4 bleach i got all of the purple paint out! I cannot recommend this carpet any higher
