A well presented commercial gym, all standard equipment is present and correct. It has a pool that is open and a sauna that is not due to covid. Only one level of membership available at the moment about 500 per year no walk-ins.

Nice staff, decent gym floor. Been 4 times this week on gym pass and doesn't look like the shower floor, changing room or steam room floors have been cleaned at all. Showers are push taps and not great.

Since reopening the main hall has not reduced capacity enough. 22 spots is over ambitious (was 24-26 before) & everyone is too close together. Spinning class reduced to 15 which is great - I feel the hall should be the same

My partner and I joined in January, at first we thought the gym was busy because it was the new year and filled with people doing their new years resolutions. By March we discovered that it was just the busiest gym in the world, couldn't use any equipment and there seemed to be no peak time at all it was just constantly rammed. The cleanliness in the changing rooms/swimming pool/sauna was dire and the equipment was pretty poor quality. Not only are all these things bad but when we requested to cancel the membership in May during the pandemic because we moved outside the 5 mile radius we discovered that the company has furloughed everyone in customer services, which means that if your trying to cancel you can't, so in July we will all be charged the monthly direct debit. Youd of thought a company would of at least kept some customer services teams off furlough to deal with cancellations as a lot of peoples circumstances are changing, but no.They have chosen to bury their heads in the sand and ignore it with no communication at all during this time. I feel extremely sorry for the customer services agents when they do get back to work because they are going to take an extremely large hit by all the people calling trying to cancel their memberships and complaining about the lack of communication.

First day back, did my session at 7.30 for an hour and it was well organised and quiet.
