The staff at Eastcott cannot be faulted, they are friendly and professional both with me and my pet. They take the time to listen to any concerns and address them thoroughly, being clear in their explanations to ensure I am informed to make any required decisions. The reception staff are really friendly too, they are efficient and helpful in trying to find an appropriate appointment time and I have never had to wait too long to be able to go in. They are also able to recommend good options for plans for vaccinations/treatments and insurance etc. I wouldn’t want to take my cat anywhere else!

It's always a worry, having to take your poorly animal to the vets. It's a nervous enough ordeal for us, but for your pet, who knows what they are thinking. My experience with Eastcotte Vets is exceptional, I have never in all my years experienced such a welcoming, professional service. Not a single fault! All and I mean ALL the staff fully have you and your pets best interest at heart and it shines everywhere.

A recent addition as a referral centre for my local vet. Huge relief at not having to 1 1/2 hours to their Bristol option! Everyone was helpful and professional, especially with having to work safely through lockdown. Prices are comparable with my local vet. Also happy that my pet is now much better.

The ophthalmic team especially Ida Gilbert was intuitive & knowledgeable, who went above and beyond her brief to assist us by further researching material for me. I’m very grateful for all your assistance. We were after all unknown to you prior to our visit. I recommended you to our own highly skilled vets at Exotics to consider first sending other needy pets to Eastcott rather than further afield. They too appreciated the feedback I gave them.
