Awful customer service I purchased a phone which they tell me they don't have in stock anymore 3 weeks later and that I will have to wait a month until they are back in stock. Awful communication I just want to get my phone and never contact them again.

Just been told I will have to pay for a phone they tell me I broke and want over 300!! No way did I break the phone,woke up one morning,went to use the phone and it didn't have a signal,eventually someone from the company said to send back the phone and they would send a new one,then weeks later I received an email saying it was MY fault the phone was broken,unbelievable,when my contract is up,I'll be leaving this dishonest company

Called with a general enquiry only to be \greeted\ by a very rude member of staff. I'm not sure if she couldn't hear me (sounded like there was a lot of noise her end) or just wasn't interested - either way it leaves me with a terrible impression of the company.
