Dirty waiting area and no Covid Measures to distance. Staff not wearing correct PPE and used cups and plasters on the floor. One nurse took of his gloves and left them on my bed. Left me waiting for 3 hours on a dirty chair by toilet. When I asked for pain relief I was simply ignored by the 4 nurses gossiping at the desk. Really horrible experience.

Wait times can be extreme but the staff are definitely doing their best working under these conditions. Hardworking and still manage to keep a decent bedside manner despite being overloaded with patients.
